Can I use Snake.name without an internet connection?

Not at the moment, but we are planning to enable offline identification in the mid of 2025. This feature will be available for all subscribed users.

Where can I contact customer support?

On this email: hello@snake.name. You can expect our answer next working day. We’d love any feedback on the app, both positive or negative.

How can I modify subscribtion?

iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name at the top to access Apple ID settings.
  • Select Subscriptions.
  • Locate and tap on Snake.name to view and modify your subscription options.

Android:

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
  • Select Subscriptions.
  • Find and tap on Snake.name to manage your subscription.

The subscribtion subscibtion is also accesible from snake.name app from Settings > Account. You can either Activate subscribtion or manage it (cancel or pick another plan).
